Whether it’s about making more money, creating a different lifestyle or aligning with more meaningful work, the Career Advance Program will help you explore the possibilities inside and outside of your organization. The outcome, you gain greater clarity on your career choices and learn how to structure a job search in order to achieve your goal.
Each client is provided a tailored program that entails:
A full review of your career history
An evaluation of your skills, interests and abilities
A career assessment
A roadmap to your career opportunities
Job search tools and branding techniques through social media
Engagement in service agreements that offer up to, but not limited to, 8 sessions
COLLEGE CAREER LAUNCH
The College Career Launch program offers the College Senior and College Graduate a robust curriculum focused on career decision making, career management and effective job search strategies.
Each client is provided a tailored program that entails:
Knowledge about viable career choices that align with job opportunities
Career Assessments to help guide decision making
Strategies on how to apply and implement a successful job search
Development of accomplishment statements to showcase abilities and potential
Creation of a Career Project Plan
Engagement in 3-month service agreements
